I have a personal loan with FNB which they have admitted in writing is unsecured. I have for the past 4 months been trying get them to cancel life insurance policy that they are forcing me to pay. The loan is unsecured so forcing me to take the insurance is in conflict with this.
On top of this their representative is obstructive and does nothing to help!
FNB clearly do not want to help you!
