I havent received my new card

My cheque account is expirying now the end of April, a few smses were sent last month to reply if i still want to collect my card at the Brooklyn branch, I replied yes to all the smses. I can now see that we approaching the end of April and I havent received anything. I called the branch to enquire where my card is, the gentlemen unfortunately I didnt take his name, said theres nothing on the system with regards to my card i should phone another department to enquire. He gave me a number the customer service number which a called and spoke to Zoe who said the branch is supposed to issue me with the card but she assisted me and ordered another one. I am highly annoyed at this because I cannot wait for 4-5 working days without my card, I have a baby who I need to buy things for as it is end of the month. I am not willing to wait as this inconvience is not my fault and nobody ever contacted me to make arrangements. please sort this out, I want my card before it expires on the 30th.
