I am paying for this account (blue bean) by debit order but on transunion its reflecting as if im a bad payer. i need the contact details for the durban dmc real people agents so that i can take it up with them.i also need a statement urgently coz the amount reflected on itc is not the correct figure

pls help this is affecting my credit record adversely.
