I've been on d queue since 2:00pm and I am only here for proof of banking details. I requested for them to put in another tell since we've been here for over an hour. The response from the staff was, if I am not happy I should go to Mabopane branch. The staff at this bank are rude and don't understand customer service. I guess that's the kind of service one has to expect because the bank is in the hood. I guess it's time my family and I switch to FNB.
I am writing this report whilst still waiting in the queue by the way.
