I called to enquire about a debit that I had no idea about, they told me that it was for a loan I had applied for, I do remember applying for the loan but it was declined which means I did not receive the money I had requested. But like vultures they debited R399 anyway. When I called in I was told that I was supposed to cancel my application within 7 days... does not make sense because if the debit was for a service then why didn't I receive it? Riley Jacobs then told me that they had sent me a few sms' then I let her know that I had lost my phone then she bluntly told me that me losing my phone was not their problem... kind of response was that? Clearly she was not trained properly in customer service because I was and I know that a response like that would lead to disciplinary action. I can not believe that I was debited R399 for nothing. Legal action will be taken, that is a promise!
