I had an account issue where I did not understand why there was a substantial difference in my "Available Balance" and my normal "balance"
I logged in to FNB and continued to the "Contact us" page with the contact details of the Premier Suite call center
My call was answered immediately after verification - this was GREAT!
I spoke to Shaun Solomons, in the process of identifying the reason for the difference he went the extra mile and established that there was a transaction which debited my account twice (which i wasn't aware of)
The administration surrounding the 'claim-back' was handled efficiently and the issue was resolved within 24 hours.
