i recently went online and saw a negative comment about my favourite supplier and felt i should mention
that mr diagnostics is the only company in this industry that has come through for us!
i speak from experience having purchased 2 cheaper brand machines from shaun and can only say that his backup has been brilliant! even though we havent spent a lot with mr diagnostic and the fault hasnt been with him we received first class backup (weve been dealing with him for 2 years now) Shaun dodd has gone the extra mile every time i ask for help! I have aleays received top class service at a great price and shaun resolved all of my problems in very good time!
I have recommended numerous other people and will continue to do so in future! (all of them have come back to say how happy they are with Mr diagnostic!)
We are in the process of aquiring new tooling and diagnostic equipment and im definitely going to buy from them again!
