Hi,

Yesterday I had one of your employee's Shaun, contact me and assist in setting up my credit card for my new account.

He first contacted me at a time that was totally inconvenient, and then later called at the specified time we agreed on.

I just wanted to say thank you to Shaun, unfortunately I cannot remember his surname, however he was absolutely efficient, knew what he was talking about, and even had a couple of jokes along the way.

This was a truly great experience, and I would happily deal with him again! Superb service on his part! Give him a raise or something :)
