After I was mugged and my phone, I called A&G to open a claim. I was told by a claims consultant that there were problems with my policy that I was not aware of. After such a traumatic event, the last thing you want to hear is that your asset was not insured. The consultant then fowarded my message to Fay who took up the issue. From the first contact she made, she assured me that my issue was being handled by seniour management. She then informed me that a business decision was made to assist me with replacing my phone.
I have always been a loyal and committed client of Auto and General. The great attitude, superior service and assurance that everthing is covered and taken care of, is priceless and close to perfect.
