I would like to cancell my debit order details with ABSA and now i'm being told that i can not pay cash as the contract that i signed it's for internet. Funny, because the same contract does not state that ABSA can decide to deduct money without my permission just because they have power to abuse clients. I feel so abused and bullied by ABSA refusing me to pay in my installment by cash. I do not feel safe with you guys at all, because this means that anyone can do as they please with my account and no one can assist because of the inconvenience caused. I cancelled my account with you guys and this is just another reminder as to why i left ABSA in the first place. I want to start paying my car by cash, tell me how to do that without being given excuses. Even now i wonder if anyone is going to look at my complaint and actually do anything about it besides a mere sorry. My ref numbers 8178917 and 2317920, i am off to the brim and really disappointed that no one can reverse extra payment deducted immediately since it is not my fault.
