I have changed my banking details and I have phoned the call centre, wanting to arrange alternative payment (s). During which I was informed that NO alternative agreements can be made before and/or after the agreed deduction date. I again stipulated that I have changed banks, therefore the deduction will not go through. Then I have sent about 10 emails to customer care, and I have not received any feedback. I need their banking details and fax number, in order to enable me to pay my account and fax /send proof of payment. PLEASE!!!
