Excellent service

I was in a car accident, My car was hit very bad and I was stuck with no car. The first impression when you call a call centre is to hold until your airtime runs out. I was referred to this guy who has changed my impression of a service within the call centre industry. His listening skills was excellent and he was able to identify a need that required a sense of urgency. He immediately called me back and gave me quotation of how much each rental will cost. At first, I hesitated when he says he will call back thinking to myself that would be the first time for a consultant to keep their word. Msindisi is dedicated to his work, he specialise in what he does, he has made me believe that this company is not a fly by night, he has brought back trust to me of a consultant. You have saved a lot of consultants at the call centres, Keep up the good work and may all consultants be dedicated to their work as you do. You have managed to calm my frustrations everytime I have to call an insurance. I am now able to go to work without any extra effort from my side.. Phelisa Pete
