Personal Touch

We opened our business account with FNB Clearwater in 2011 and a gentleman by the name of Mark Van der Merwe assisted us. He assisted and directed us in the best possible way. And since then any query's that we had or requests concerning the account was addressed in a very efficient and professional manner with a bit of personal touch, be it via the phone or in person.

We don't need to make an appointment with him, just arrive and he is most welcoming by nature and goes that extra mile by inquiring on the business happenings. To my partner and my astonishment he still remembers our names as well as the company's and greets us accordingly when we enter. This shows me that he is genuinely concerned about his clients and is willing to pay little more interest to them.

Our business is in its growing phases and has challenges but this does not deter him a bit to help us when ever possible. I would have to agree for now with FNB's slogan "How can we help you" and if all the staff takes a leaf out of his book and has the same/similar attitude there's no doubt that FNB will grow from strength to strength.

So this is just a little thank from us here at SNE Engineering, you deserve it.
