The Reposition guys came took the TV and handed some receipt for my Grandmother to sign) the receipt has no Term and condition about the reposition What's so ever so they made her sign that piece of paper. And told her when the certain amount (R1650) is paid they will return the Tv.
Before making the payment I been phoning the Repo guys on the numbers reflecting on the piece of receipt and He did confirm if I make payment I will receive the TV the following month (7th)
Went to the shop made the payment (1900) and guess what? When it's time for the TV to be returned, I was told it has been sold on auction, and my money has been forfeited due to I took more than 30days to make a Payment, WHICH THE IS NO EVIDENCE OR ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATING THAT.
So now I'm request to have my money I paid reimbursed and the telling me they only going to give me R110.00.
