In October last year I found out with a shock that my contence insurance was cancelled in error since January needlesss to say i was angry, however after speaking to one of your call centre agents and team leaders (sorry do not remember their name) whom was wonderfull and sorted everything out they got Brent to ph me _ he did not just reveiew my policy he also ph me back after my increase as per his promise to look over it all again, yes an errror happened however your call centre stafff and Brent turned a stressfull problem that made me want to change my insurance company into a happy event thank you once more for your grt service
