Thank you Brent for the great service you provided! After a month of no response from the 3rd party claim, i discussed the problem and that i intended to cancel my policy with Virgin money. You convinced me that you would assist me in resolving the issue, and that i shouldn't cancel my policy. The very same day i received feedback from the claims department that they have authorised my repairs.
