Burglary on the 6th Dec. Now mid April and still nothing. Specified items on rear of bakkie in locked box, as per insurers specs. Now refusing to pay cause they said items were not locked in the boot of vehicle. Vehicle does not have a boot as it is a bakkie. Still Trying to get answers, getting past around from department to department with no answers. Everyone always saying they have to look into it. So much for service nowdays.
