The service received at this branch has been absolutely awful. After being advised to upgrade my account to a recommended package, I was told that both degrees I have obtained were insufficient for a credit clearance, even though I was initially told in no uncertain terms that I qualify for the package. The fact that I earn more than three times the minimum amount was also insufficient for credit clearance. On top of all this, the branch was extremely unhelpful. My emails were never returned unless I sent threatening messages. The "system was down for repairs". A process that I was advised would take 1 week has now taken more than 3 weeks. Consider me thoroughly unimpressed. I will be switching branches and most probably banks.
