The service at RCS is absolutely shocking!!! For such a big company you guys do not have competent people to address customers concerns?? i have reported AGAIN on my account on the 4th March and till today i have not received any feedback just empty promises from your team managers. Please spare me the generated responses and someone higher then Zara be in contact with me with a RESOLOUTION before this matter is taken further. You guys are seriously pathetic. LIKE I SAID REVERSE ALL THE PURCHASES AND CLOSE THIS DAMNN ACCOUNT
