Above and beyond

I really have to take my hat off for the outsurance traffic guys directing peak time traffic every day all over South Africa. I feel, for an insurance company to step up and help us in those frustating times of the day where the robots are out or if there are some construction going on.

I really feel that outsurance doesn't have to do any of these, but go beyond the call of duty.
