Account outstanding and paid and yet over and over again we keep receiving sms's threatening us with legal action. Take your legal action and shove it you guys are in competent and don't know how to treat customers.
Rochelle needs to go for training on how to treat her customers with empathy and understand clients frustrations not add to it. So once again i need to go and track down in my records proof of payment that was not loaded on Nedbanks system. Pathetic service lets hope this time you get it right!!! Extremely disappointed but Thank i don't bank with you guys and after this i never will nor will i be giving any referrals about you guys.
