I had been dealing with the company for a long time but recently gained status of a dealer. We had to smooth some logistical issues around that. It happened that we could not identify the correct product of one of our orders as we did not see a sticker with the product code and made incorrect shipment. After discussion with Tanya for our business process, she immediately came with good and constructive ideas of how to improve the process so such confusions do not happen again. She has been very understanding and willing to help us.
Also in general the sales process is nice, people are knowledgeable and we are always helped to determine the correct battery or adapter we have to buy for our customers. It is a pleasure dealing with them and especially Tanya.
