Verbal attack

I was shouted at, humiliated and treated like nothing by the so called branch manager at FNB Jacaranda. She verbally attacked me in front of 10 other customers because I mentioned that the FNB Jacarnda is always slow and that there is always a line! Shouting at such a high volume that the whole bank came to a stand still. Rude is not the word to describe the events, I would rather say it was disgusting. At one point two other customers stood up for me and said what she was doing wasn't right. To which another FNB employee shouted "she can say what she wants, she is the branch manager" I left the verbal boxing match and went to FNB hatfield which treated me with a smile. Unfortunately I will never bank with FNB again!!
