I took funeral cover through metropolitan life years ago, when i had to do the claim is difficult because there is no benefiaciary on the policy and im the premium payer on that policy and however on earth consultant dont ask beneficiary how can they complete the application without it. They told me that i must go to undertaker to get the proof so then they can pay undertaker money or bring the receipt of everything but money was deducted from my account and i did told the consultant that im the beneficiary because of someone else who did not do his/her job we must run up and down for the money that i have been paying all along and it so inconveniece that i had to cancell funeral arrangement because of Metropolitan. I spoke to Motlatsi who told me that they had to retrieve call it going to take 5working day to listen to it.
