My claim against their Client McRosch Automitive of over R150K was turned down with the following statement from their office: faulty workmanship not covered inside of the workshop, only when vehcile has been handed to client and thereafter when the vehcile breaks down. Now we are at the same thing again vehicle broke down due to faulty workmanship and all my emails to their client and themselves are just ignored. I am not even acknowledged on any of the emails. I did not expect this from Santam, as their marketing always says all under one umbrella.
