FNB "How we don't help you"

I want to Settle my loans since monday (15/04/2013). And get the settlement letters before the debit orders goes off (20/04/2013) however the keep using the excuse the system is offline.. How can it be off for 4 days and no one can help me to get me the settlement letters?? I honestly are not happy at all that FNB has no way to help their clients. They have no backup plan.. I honestly feel they are delaying it to make as much as possible on their clients.. I had way better service at ABSA they always make a plan to help the client.. I am regretting the switch to FNB..
