Wonga hs not cleared me for money owed

My name is deborah dolf. I borrowed money from wonga and the repayment was due on 07/01/2013. I deposited the funds in the absa account at the parow branch the same day. using wonga account number 4077955749. My name has yet to be cleared in my account. I received a email from Sinclare Financial and said that i need to pay when i have paid my account.

I spend over R150 of airtime speaking to different people since the 7 jan2013 and i feel that is unprofessional that you cannot locate my receipt which i email faxed on the 7/01/2013. I also faxed the receipt and made it att Odette combrink. Still you cannot locate it. My reference number is 875088191.

I used my niece email address to set up my account which is [Email Removed]

My ID number is 6005120124089.
