First National Bank
In debt: Quick sell and surender your car a?

Had 2 Bonds and a car with First Rand. Lost job in 2008, advised to Quick Sell and surrender the car to reduce the debt to the bank. I complied:

1. Bond 1 has a judgement for the full amount, complainant is Lux Pub Investments, discovered this while applying for a job?

2. Made arrangements to pay both bond accounts residuals, made payments, on more than one occasion, discovered that the debit order would be submitted twice. I queried this, the lady at home loans apologised, it happened again, I cancelled the debit order as that was a breach of contract in my view. The bank changed consultants who call as though nothing happened.

3. The quick sell appointed transferring attorneys cannot explain why I still owe rates and taxes for
both properties post transfer

On the matter of the car in 2008/9, two consultants from Wesbank came, gave me forms to sign, I handed the car to them, a month later I went to the Bayers Naude' offices, the lady assisting me indicated that the car was auctioned, there was a balance in the account and asked me what happened as the collection of the car from me was not as per their policy, till today, I have not heard from them.
