I recently applied for a loan from FNB, after spending all the time to get the forms in order and being promised a result within 5 days it ended in disappointment... I ended up calling FNB close to a month after submitting my details, just to be told the application has been declined, additionally it turns out my financial details were entered incorrectly into the system causing my expenses to be way incorrect. Nobody cared to check the details or forms in front of them and nobody bothered to even call me, even with Anthony at Menlyn mall branch promising to call but failing to do so. I moved from Standard Bank to FNB but with this horrible service I may as well have stayed. Secondly a FNB health services telemarketer called and added insult to injury, even asking if I can't afford the services while my finances are kept in good order. FNB please sort this out, loan approved or declined this kind of service drives customers away.
