Good day ..my husband applied online for a fnb savings account..which he recieved a sms that he will be contacted within 2 days .the same day he recieves a sms to say that fnb has tried calling him without success.take note that he recieves 1 miss call amd the sms stated to call them back, now my question is, is fnb saving on call costs or what .does fnb expect the client to call them .this i have experienced myself, ie recieving miss calls fro, fnb but i refused to call them as im the customer... some feedback will be appreciated... ref on sms si2013041701493
