This is the 2nd time within the space of 2 months that FNB has failed to respond.! In March this year my mother requested a bond statement which to this day she has not received.
I sent an on-line request 8 April ref: BDND0JDR and again to this day i have not been contacted!! I am very disappointed! Been banking with FNB since I was 9 years old :( why is it so difficult to get back to clients?!?!?!?!?!
