I had a problem with my premeuim being increased without being informed and when i had an accident my car was referred to Great south autobody for repairs. the workmanship on the car was poor where u can see the difference in color on the bumper where it was repaired. Queen assisted me to get the car for reassesment and she review my policy to the premium that was agreed upon. i am impressed by her professionalism and the way she deligently work on resolving the matter. She always kept in touch through the process and keept me up to date regarding the progresss. till the problem was sorted to my satisfaction. from day one when i logged my complaint i have received an excellent services from her and she treated me like a Customer not like a number as most call centre assistance frequently does. this is to appreciate her great services and working tirlessly to keep me happy as a client.
