Such unreliable people!!!

Called your customer care line to link a beneficiary cause I wanted to make payment for over R1500. Spoke to a Zinhle who then had me authenticated and then we had a problem when she asked me the last 2 transactions on my acc and for how much... She transferred me to supervisor Thapelo (don't remember his name correctly). I then told him the same thing and he told me since I say I've done this before then I should've known, then he started saying if I knew how many cases...(didn"t really care to listen as I just felt he was just patronizing). He transferred me back to Zinhle and I told her the last purchase I remember was an online one and told her the amount. She then asked me bout debit orders, blah blah. i was already very agitated and irritated by then, I told her, it was really a waste of my time and airtime then hung up. Then called your customer complaints, spoke to Desiree and related the incident, she even confirmed that she last transaction on the 26th Dec was in fact correct. She then said she'd have to wait for the recorded phone call___still waiting.

I took to their fb page and "RB Jacobs" asked me to tell him further of which I did, but still I wait.
