De registration of vehicle

I Launched a Car /Hijack with my Insurance A/F, they did the paper work and sent bank requisition to MFC (Mariski Smith-Pretoria) on the 10.04.2013, am not sure how long does it take for MFC to sent de registration and Invoice the Insurance, i've spent lot of money in trying to Contact them, hope for a speedy process regarding this
