My claim was submitted on on Friday the 12th and till today they kept telling it was received. Until my call went through to Amukelani who managed to load the claim and get authorisation in in less than 30 min. The attitude and the length in which he went to get it done in such a short period of time, the kindness in his voice was great. And I am very grateful if only we recieved the same level of assistance from other call centres.
