FNB has a service whereby I can apply for a temporary loan once a month. I have used this service almost every month for a long time and now they are refusing me access to this service. They have never had a problem with late payment and my account is always managed properly. I am seriously upset as I was counting on this "service" from FNB which they advertised. I phoned the loan department and they cannot even give me reasons why they are denying me this service. I want answers!!!
