2 Month ordeal and it just keeps going

II opened a new account with Standard bank:
After applying they said I will be contacted in the coming week, I was only contacted 3 weeks later
They incorrectly asked me to collect me cards, I had to go back and see another consultant.
I waited in queue of 4 people for 40min because attendants were reading magazines around the corner.
Eventhough 2 people confirmed it, my sms notifications was not turned on and my card limit was not set..
They incorrectly transferred my Cell C debit order, so I got fined and I didn't know because my sms notifications didn't work.
I had to go in for the 3rd time, just to find out my medical aid debit order was not even switched. I had to manually pay in money into old account at ABSA but I couldn't because my card still didn't work. I had to go back to bank for fourth time to get money there.
I received an email from my medical aid confirming updated banking details which is incorrect. Now I have to to all the paperwork anyways to try and change it.
I informed Standard, they tried calling once 13/04/2013 when I was in meeting, they never phoned back. The national client services apologised per EMAIL;never contacted me.
Wasted R150 of airtime
