Poor service from Momentum

I am very disappointed about the service I received from Momentum Short -Term Insurance.
I had an accident on 24th April 2013 (CLAIM NO:96740481) and my car was taken to DANMAAR WESTRAND as recommended by Momentum. I went to the DANMAAR to collect my car after i received a call that the car is repaired and ready for collection, when I got there the car was not fixed properly, I pointed out the mistakes on the car and the technician by the name of Koos admitted that he'll fix those mistakes. I decided to phone my Insurance company (Momentum) and complain about the poor job done on the car and the new dent that was on the left hand side of my car and the decision between Momentum and Danmaar Westrand was that the mistakes on the car will be rectified together with the new dent and the insurance company will send out the assessor to check the car before Damaar phones me again. The Momentum assessor by the name of (Lauri) her manager's name is Manie apparently went there and she was satisfied with the repairs done on the car. I don't think a proper inspection was done on the car as there are still a lot of obvious mistakes on the car which i pointed out to the repairer.
