In recent week's l have had the unfortunate circumstances of been a crime statistic and have had to undertake a claim with my insurance company - Alex Forbes.
Beyond the cumbersome administrative pre-requests' that go with any insurance claim, l would like to salute and commend the outstanding service and customer experience extended by Mr Albert Sigauke of Alex Forbes Insurance in going beyond the call of duty and fame.
Great service is not delivering on your job description, but going beyond. Albert seemingly demonstrated continued follow-up and interest in resolving the matter in the most efficient customer centric manner with commendable and respectful professional conduct at all times - to a great extent beyond his immediate area of operations.
If you can't do great things, do little things with great love and passion.
