Hi, I called the call centre today for assistance and told the agent that I'm calling from a cell phone and that the phone and did not offer to call me back. I told him what my query was I'm not sure if he logged my complaint cause the phone went dead before we could complete the query. He took my policy number but did not call me back after the phone went dead. This is an urgent matter and I need assistance asap.
