My mom had an operation in January and was hospitalised for 6 days. 2 Years ago she had 2 big operations and we had no problem with her claims, she sent in the claims and within 3-4 working days it was paid.
This time it's a total different story. We have now since the 26th of February e-mailed the claim 5 times, faxed it through 3 times (last on the 2nd and 3rd of April) and phoned 2 times. Each time a different story. The person who has to approve the claim is continuously on leave??
And in last week they send a letter increasing her monthly premium.
Somewhere, something is drastically wrong - beware!
