Struggeling with claim

Aig claim that they have not received any supporting documentation from my side so they closed my claims due to the lack of documentation. I have submitted my claim in august last year. Everytime i phone them they say i must mail it again. I have mailed it 4 times and the last time i faxed it and i have a fax confirmation. I phoned them on 17/01/14 and the lady told me that the claims were closed. I was very upset. She said that she would have an examiner phone me and i am still waiting for that call!!! TIRED OF AIG.
