Discovery Insure
No service again!!!

With reference to my previous post a week ago on 3 January, I still haven't got my money back from discovery as promised! The money that was from me, is still with these. I have tried everything, even gone to the ombudsman, but NOTHING!!! They promised me within 3 to 5 working days. We are on the 6th working day now. My only option now is to take legal action. I would like a phone call from discovery apologising profusely and my money in my account by Monday. Do not ever insure with discovery! :(((
