Following the discovery of two unknown listings at the Credit Bureau (Experian) with regards to alleged finance transactions at "FNB Namibia Commercial" and "Wesbank Motor" on my name, we made numerous unsuccessful telephonic attempts with FNB to clear/remove these listings from my name.
The listings that appear at Experian on my name are Wesbank with account number: KMH05998K and FNB Namibia Commercial with account number 4000002954381.
In short, on account of FNB's information, we were informed that FNB has no record of such accounts in my name.
Despite this, we have been unsuccessful to obtain a letter confirming same. This unknown listing quite obviously adversely affects my credit rating as it reflects her I am being (innocently-) over exposed.
We have already contacted the Ombudsman who then suggested we first lodge a formal compliant/ grievance with FNB, this was formally done on the 4th February, but still It reflects on my account.
The only response received is 'still investigating" the matter, but what is there to investigate? I've even requested Samantha to forward me the documentation forward to who ever to try and solve this problem but still nothing
