Communication doesn't exist!!!

I had the worst service ever from Miway! I was in an accident on 12/1/13 and lodged my claim the same day. Till today no one made any effort to contact me. I am a specialist in my field and do not know anything about claims, yet I'm expected to smell what the procedure is, they just dont inform you of anything. Everything that happened so far, was because I enquired and had to raise my voice. I would like to know what Simone's responsibility was as a consultant? Shouldn't she keep me updated on the process? I've never even spoken to her. I was informed today that I was supposed to have paid my access to the Panel beater already, when I just wanted to find out how the car rental works once my car is in for repairs. They also only arrange a hire car once the panel beaters have received the parts. Bear in mind that I phoned them and I received this information - so what if I didn't phone? How would I have known this, infact, how do you expect me to know what's happening if you do not update me?? I wanted to speak to someone senior earlier and spoke to Emmerentia. I would like to thank her for her effort in assisting me and for waiving half of my access and I'll await her calls. But as
