Going the Extra Mile!!!

I love this company! I have been with outsurance for about 5 years now, and have had nothing but the best service from. They have taken my claims seriously, given me sound advise, and really help where they could. Even with product advise! They have kept me up to date, and offered me new solutions as my profile has changed. Best of all... they have kept my portfolio affordable. Today was no exception! I have a vehicle that was hail damaged, and have been waiting extremely patiently with the panel beater for a booking, 6 months on... no booking. This is just not good enough. I called into the call center as was attended too by a lady named Tsolo (I hope I spelled that correctly) who was just AMAZING! I informed her about my problem, and she told me she would call me back. 10 mins later she called back with the panel beater on the line. They were rude, unhelpful and told the both of us they were fully booked for the rest of the year? what? Tsolo told me not to worry and called me back in 10 mins. New panel beater, booked in, HAPPY!!! Thank you for the extra effort Tsolo, I really appreciate it. It is people like you that keep me with Outsurance, and make it a pleasure... Thx!!
