NOT IDENTIFIED AND VERIFIED (ER 495) P

I tried paying my expenses and received this error -NOT IDENTIFIED AND VERIFIED (ER 495) P using Internet banking. I tried withdraing money and received an account error and a number to call. After calling the number I was told that nothing can be done I need to go into a bank and bring my proof of address. Firstly the operator tells me that SMSs were sent out for me to bring the proof of payment- I DID NOT GET SUCH! Im going to incur penalties. I can't go anywhere because on tuesday I gave birth via ceaser. Im in no position to be going to the bank. Culturally Im house bound for a month because of the baby. I cannot not leave this house. This is no fair business practise. Fix this today! I have expenses to pay via internet. This is irresponsible behaviour. Im and for what proof of address my life must stop?? I should be caring for my child right now, but I find myself being dragged into a situation thats not of my doing. How long have I banked with you guys today you want proof of address. I leave in Mars! how is that FIX this today. Finish!!!
