I reported a claim via the internet on 9/4 around 16h30. The message I got was that an consultant will contact me within 4 working hours on 10/4. Saddly I am still waiting for someone to contact me nearly two days later. They have this service charter with a lot of promises, but they do not keep to it.
On the same day early in the morning, I requested a claims history on my previous policies from them. Angela Roman read the e-mail at 14h10 but sadly I am still waiting for that to.
What can I say, I cannot complain about the service from FFW as there is no service.
I think that they forget that we as their clients pays their staffs salaries every month.
This made me rethink if I want to be insured at FFW.
