Still No Feedback!!!

To whom it may concern:

I added a complaint about Game on [URL Removed] on the 11th Feb 2013, a woman by the name of Valne Murphy then contacted me. I once again gave her everything she requested in order for them to allocate my payments to my account. It is now the 11th April exactly 3 months later and still this has not been done despite numerous emails to her asking her for feedback. The last correspondence received from her was on the 01st March saying that they have sent the documentation I had provided to the finance department to update my account, this has still not been done. Surely it doesn't more than a month to do this???
