I joined Woolworths Insurance approximately a year ago and am always impressed with the service I receive from their call-centre when I have queries.
Their agents are always polite, efficient and well-mannered and if they cannot immediately assist you, you get a call back when they have received the information you need.
On 11 June 2013 I was unfortunate enough to have my care stop dead in the middle of Republic Road in Randburg. I got in touch with my insurance and spoke to Michelle, who was efficient, polite, friendly, and very patient with some stupid questions from me.
She also offered to organise a guardian angel to come sit with me as I was on my own, and called me back to update me on where the tow truck was. I felt that she went above and beyond and she really managed to calm me in a tense situation.
While on the road, a separate guardian angel took a look at my car and managed to fix a spark plug issue and got my car moving again until I can take my car to the dealership today.
Once I got moving, I called Michelle and cancelled the towing service, and she was ever polite and friendly.
